Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coldrelics, each product is made to order, which means we don’t hold inventory or pre-produce items. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

  • After this window, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at coldrelics@gmail.com with your order ID.

 Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed, except in these cases:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival

If eligible, we'll issue a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not issued for:

  • Size-related concerns (check our size guide before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by the courier

How to Request a Replacement

Email coldrelics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will respond within 48 hours to resolve the matter.
